Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for application enhancements
Implementations of Oracle applications
Negotiate plans, time-lines and trade-offs while ensuring end project meets business expectations
Provide application support, researching issues and answering questions from business users
Recommend and provide scalable solutions for any gaps
Skills and Experience Required:
Technical Skills:
10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS, working as a Functional Consultant
Experienced in all modules of Supply Chain Management, especially Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistics and Transportation, Procurement/Purchasing, Analytics and Intake
Significant amount of large implementation experience (at least 3-4 large-scale implementations)
Understanding of solution design requirements and development
Strong relational database skills
Non-technical Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able effectively present information to audiences with various levels of technical understanding
Excellent analytical skills
